What to do when it is impossible to select chat participants

Sometimes, when the chat with specific participants is created, an error message can be displayed. This is specifically true for creation of a chat within a particular User Group. The message can look like this:

One thing to remember is to ensure that all invited chat participants, in the same User Group, share the same access rights to the customer for a specific project. The issue involving opening the chat is linked to the fact that the User Group is assigned to the workflow (in other words, the whole group has access rights to that particular customer), but at least one of its users does not have access to that customer.
